NTMS – Neuronavigated TMS, for depression, PTSD, and OCD…this technology uses targetedmagnetic pulses that create small electrical currents to change the firing patterns of neurons, which can alter dysfunctional brain patterns.
PRISM system for PTSD, which uses a computer simulation and EEG headset create an environment where patients engage in a non-trauma-based experience to help them learn to control their PTSD symptoms.
We also have vagus nerve stimulation for migraines and cluster headaches, as well as ETNS for those suffering from ADHD.While we always welcome visitors to see the space and gain a better understanding of what we do, your first clinical interaction, after an initial screening, will be remote, with one of our clinicians and using our Observational AI tool. This will take approximately 30 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your home.
Your first onsite experience will be for your treatment. If you are an NTMS patient, you can expect a full day or half day of sessions, each about 8 minutes with about 50 minutes in between. We are equipped with relaxation rooms so you can chill, watch TV, read, or even play video games during this downtime, or you can stretch your legs in the nearby area while you await your next session.Some insurances do cover treatment, such as Cigna and Tricare, while we are working on others. Some cover a portion of the expense as well. We hope that we will soon be able to say that the whole procedure is well covered by all insurance plans. Just contact us to discuss.
For our primary offering, NTNS, there are two main protocols: 5 times per day (once per hour) for 10 straight days. Or 10 times per day (once per hour) for 5 straight days. Contact us to learn more and so we can find a schedule that works for you to receive this life-changing care.
I’ve heard of TMS. Is this different?
If you haven’t heard of highly accelerated, neuro-navigated TMS, than it almost certainly is. TMS has been around for some time, and it is definitely somewhat effective. But those results pale in comparison to these new treatment protocols. For most people, this is something entirely new…with a much higher chance of success.
